6 different samples of Parenting Plans, or Custody Orders, giving full custody, 50/50, one parent is out of state, or restrictive time for an alienating parent. These parenting plans also have sections called "Other" which talks about what parents do with a conflict, or phone time, or when phone time is missed....all kinds of things that are left out of most Parenting Plans... when things are left out, that leads to conflict and more court action.

There's also 4 different inserts that give rules/guidelines for dispute resolution (resolving conflict), holidays, bereavement, and major decision making. These details are often left out of most court orders...and again when you leave an issue out, that gives the custodial parent total control or causes conflict and more problems. Just the insert sections alone are worth the $40. An attorney would charge $300 to write up just one of these samples in an hour (asking you what details you want and jotting down notes and crafting the wording accordingly).
