SCROLL
FIRST OF ALL, I prove to you that I know what I'm talking about with my own WINNING orders in family court and Court of Appeals. See here in my "Flow Page" link below:

So, in the store, I take you through what I know, step by step in videos. And in my winning packets, I have samples of motions, briefs, notes and arguments that took me hours, weeks and months to compile. There is a short description of what's in each packet/vid.
James' video explaining all these packets:
I motioned the court for a Temporary Parenting Plan and lost. Then "appealed" from a commissioner to a judge (called a "Motion for Revision"), then I got 5 days per week with my 3 month old.
This packet has one Motion that changes a current BAD parenting plan. Can be used and tweaked to file an initial motion for 1st visitation attempt. This lays out the logical progression from best interest of a child to why a child needs both parents equally, then cites the RCW (law in Washington), but anyone can insert their own local state law after looking it up. (Google "best interest of child custody factors (your state)" and should take you to the law in your state that the judge HAS to consider or a lawyer's commentary on it. If they have case law, that's even better.
Also in here is a "Legal Memorandum" with a bunch more case law on the best interest of child and cites Troxel vs. Granville from the U.S. Supreme Court and the presumptions the court has to start with about me being a good, fit parent until proven otherwise.
There's a separation "Declaration in Support of Motion" that has mostly the same arguments. It can be used separately if you are using a mandatory court motion that does not leave you with room to write off of this content. Or it can be used as a "Declaration in Response to Mother's Motion for Temporary Parenting Plan".
Just change the language and title and laws accordingly to your state's laws and your facts and personal info.
Also, there's a separate .pdf of Exhibits with divider "slip sheets" and 3 exhibits of scientific data that support 2-parent involement. I add more slip shieets in case you want to add more exhibits.
Then there's a sample of how I put pictures together and make them their own separate filing document because there's so many pages. You can have just one cover sheet (you can customize any declaraton or cover sheet with the declaration Word doc provided). But, I break my pics up into separate volumes because the file is so big that I could not electronically file (E-FILE) online, so I had to break it up into smaller filed but numbered them with continuous pager numbers so that I can help the judge find a specific picture more easily when I point it out.
